  • best description for what a bra does

I was watching Emma Thompson on Oprah this afternoon (it's a repeat of her pre-oscar show). Emma was talking about her dislike of undergarments, but said since her "boobs are a bit sad right now, she needs to give them a bit of help and encouragement".

I love the "help and encouragement" thing. My favorite up until this point, my favorite was that a bra needs to "lift & separate, so they don't talk".

is it sad that this moved me enough to come post on it? :!

I keep seeing all of these beautiful embroidered and lace bras on clearance in A and B cups that wouldn't hold up to an hour of pressure from my oatmeal in a tubesock tits. Sadly, I am stuck with reinforced shoulder straps and 4 hooks in the back.

I used to have more than enough for a chin rest, but I had a 3-cup reduction sophomore year of college.

This is me. Unfortunately mine are like bowling balls in tube socks. Bend over and heave em up and in. I almost need an iron bra. I have broken two underwires in the last couple months. Do your boobs hang low, do they wobble to and fro?
