LA weightloss??

Has anyone done this prograrm or know anyone who has? I have an appointment tonight with someone.

Of course their website boasts of success stories....it seems compairable to weight watchers. Any imput would be great!

I don't mean to sound like an advertisment but I'm not sure you saw my other post about sparkpeople.com in the Buddy System folder. It's a similar idea to all these weightloss programs. You get to keep a food and exercise diary and I found it very useful and easy to use. And best of all, it's completely free. I know I was skeptical at first. I mean I'd tried ediets.com before and I remember it cost a pretty penny so I didn't understand how they could afford to give this much away for free. As it turns out, there's a sister website, called babyfit.com and they run ads on that one. Sorry to butt in like that. Let us know what you thought of LA Weightloss.
