  • thank you ladies!

I wanted to thank all of you for having this site and posting your experiences. I came to this forum because I was interested to find out how residency would affect my husband. After reading what everyone has been through I decided that my family is my first, and my job is second place in what matters to me most.

I chose a family friendly specialty ( it was also the one I enjoyed the most!) and chose a residency program that is family friendly as well.
I just wanted to thank you all for the great gift you have given me!

      Smiley,

Congrats for determining to keep the balance. I wouldn't wish surgery or the like on my enemies.

        Wow. Very interesting!

You won't regret it!!!!! Neither will your spouse or your kids. It's the gift that keeps on giving!
