      oh, dear...i heard that maryland, dc, and delaware had some major flood issues. sorry, jenn. hope nothing is damaged. SUCK.


      p.s. its pouring here in WV too.....but, im glad we are not in baltimore anymore....our basement always had water issues. the stupid sump pump was on the wrong end....on an incline (duh, people) and i had to (big) puddle hop when doing laundry.

          I thought you already left! The flooding will have no affect on the sale, right? (where's that fingers crossed emoticon.....)

          We got hit here last week - and again this week. My advice it is to get out of Dodge fast before this next batch of rain comes your way.

            Oh Jenn....I saw the flooding on the news but assumed that you had already left.
