    Program cars hit the lots in October of each year. I think you can just ask for the model cars/program cars. (My mom used to work for a car dealership and this was her recommendation!!)

      Oh! I didn't know that that's what they were called, but I've heard about them. Dh's dad bought the CEO of Mercedes' one year old car this way and loves it. I wonder how this works in the US. Definitely something to look into, because they've probably got the one-year kinks worked out of them.
