Michele - Another question

Vishenka reminded me about a question that I had and I didn't want to hijack.
Paris has had a "rash" of sorts on her inner hind flank (I feel like I already sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about...haha) that just won't go away. I have been to two vets about it and they just say it is "flank sucking" and to put Animax on it for a couple of weeks. When I do that, it looks better, but after I stop, it comes back a couple weeks later. I have switched shampoos, washed more and less often, and I can't put some nasty goop on her a million times a day for the next 15 years!
Is this a problem that you are familiar with (or anyone seen this in their dogs before?)

Is the rash on her sides/her back/her legs/her belly? I'm not sure where you are describing...Can you take a pic of it? Does it itch or bother her? Does she spend time outside unattended? Does your new place have carpet? Is she on regular flea prevention? Any other health problems? How old is she?

Sorry for so many questions...it'll help me though.
