Horrible little pills of instantaneous stomach pain.

They're little tiny liquid filled gel balls. ONE makes my stomach hurt. and let's just say it's a good thing that I have my own office way in the back of the clinic.

Supposedly they're breath fresheners like Ice Breakers gum.
