  • I need help w/ Spanish

So DH finally a couple mos, back said "yes" to a cleaning lady.
call Ripley's Believe It or Not

PLEASE don't be jealous... take a look at my kids ages and remember no family or babysitters around to watch the kids so I can clean properly.

Anyway I lucked out and found a wonderful woman...she is truly a God send! However, I want/need to make a basic instruction sheet that is both in English & Spanish so I can laminate it and use a dry erase marker to check or circle the things I need done when she comes. As of now I pay for a lot of re-cleaning of areas that don't need it, because I am unable to convey to her, that certain things are not necessary during her time here, on a particular day!! If anyone out here would be willing to help me I would sooo appreciate it. Just post or PM me and when I get it typed up I'll send it in an e-mail to you!

    Thanks

oddly enough I know that we've got several German speakers - but I'm not sure if we have any Spanish speakers. I wish I could help, and I understand the issue. I had my Spanish speaking friend in Cleveland write a note to the woman who cleaned my house before it went on the market, b/c she understood next to no English.

I speak rough Spanish, and I have a friend who is fluent. Post what you need translated or PM me, and I will try to work it out for you.

        pinkpickles,

I am not fluent in Spanish, however my fiance is and I could definitely have him take a look. I'm sure he'd use that as an excuse to make me talk to him in Spanish on the instant messenger, but that's fine and dandy with me as long as it's in writing. Thanks for PMing me as I hadn't noticed this topic.

I'm mediocre and my SO is good. I'm sure you've got it covered, but if not, we're here too.
