I don't think that's *us* tinkering.
It's usually a problem with the server provider when the server goes down. That's why it takes so long to fix. If it blinks out again, we will try to contact them. I need to do so anyway because the MDFamily site has been hacked and down for awhile.

I figured out today that for some reason, my host isn't letting me add the nameservers to the new server. I thought it had worked before when I added them, but it didn't....I'm not sure what the problem is. I did email Ron...poor Ron.
