  • Yet another Dyson thread

I went to the children's consignment store today to get Jack some winter clothing, and decided to check out the toy area while I was there.

    Look what I found!!

A toy Dyson!! How cute is THAT??!! I realize it's a totally ridiculous thing to buy, but I love it because it matches the one *I* have

and it was only 4 bucks.

The thing is hilarious, it has two settings and one of them actually makes the little colored plastic things in the cylinder whirl around like a cyclone, just like mine!

WTG on the $4. Do you know what it retails for?? It's listed as $100 on their website. $100. I can only imagine that the person who consigned it must have gotten it as part of a bundle sale.

          Dyson, a Boy's Best Friend.

I have to find one of those for Nikolai- although I suppose he could use mine. Now he's all into brooms. He's old school. You know, they're a little behind the times in Russia.

When I bought my DC-14 last year just before Thanksgiving there was a coupon to send in for one of those kiddie vaccums for free. I didn't just because we don't have kids - but it sounds like I should have, could have put in on eBay! 8)
