That sucks, I wrote them an email complaining, not that my wife could be the "closest, in real life, to the character, Dr. Shepard" I am assuming that is Mr. Dempsey's character.
But I just felt like being a pain. They fail to mention anything about women physicians, DO's and military physicians. They want docs with lisences in the states that they practice. Won't have a bunch of military docs with that requirement.

I think his wife is going to snap. I saw a preview of the episode where she goes to her hometown for a visit and was a total mess. She hates their new giant house and she never sees her husband, who is a complete douchebucket. She's depressed and I feel bad for her.

speaking of Dr. Rey...DW was deployed over the summer, she worked with a doctor that did their training with him. Lets just say that they (and now my family) know more about him and have formed some opinions about him and his work...
