Tapatalk update

I am waiting to hear back from them. The glitches we had expanded into a deletion from the system. Except I occasionally get notifications of posts that I can view in Tapatalk. It’s very strange. No changes to the website have been made.

my only suggestion is to use the mobile site. It’s user friendly. I have the page downloaded to my screen so it’s like opening an app. If we can’t get Tapatalk to work and the mobile site is too difficult, there is a special mobile package I can buy. I can look into that.

Its frustrating not to hear back and to have it outside of my control. Tapatalk is popular but getting things fixed is hard. Even if they get us set back up, I don’t know if posts will still get cut off. I’ll have to decide if the mobile package is worth the cost. Traffic is not down as much as you’d think, but no one is posting. Also, people are viewing certain private posts I’ve made without commenting, so I’ve deleted the posts. If we can’t get users back, Tapatalk and the mobile option won’t matter. Also, I’m afraid to invest in the mobile suite just to have people upset it’s not Tapatalk. People want what they know. I guess we’ll see.
