  • Gift Ideas for Kids/Teens

I need to buy Christmas gifts for my little sister and brother. My sister is 9 years old and pretty smart and mature. My brother is turning 16 in a few weeks so I need to get him a great birthday gift AND a Christmas gift! He loves cars and he also likes art and cooking.

    Any ideas?

My friend's daughter just turned 9. I got her a cool (her size) messenger bag and a cute bracelet. I'm not very good with girl stuff. My brothers are 7 and about to be 10 next month. The almost 10 year old is into drawing so I picked him up one of those art kits with the wooden person figure thingy. 16 year old is hard. Money is always good. Boring but no one is disappointed about receiving money. Sorry I'm not much help.

I love gift giving! and while I don't know your siblings I might be able to think of some good ideas.

Any ideas on what type of activities your little sister is into? What kind of "mature" do you mean?

Know what kind of art/cooking your brother likes? The only suggestion I have so far is a gift certificate to an art book store. I'm not familiar with Richmond so I can't suggest any. If he's into all things cooking I could probably think of some stuff but right now I can only think of some nice cooking stuff I know girls would love.
