    You might want to post your question at the movingscam.com message board. I got some great advice from them in the past.

    Yes, I would call your credit card company - they are your best bet.

    Good luck - that sucks!

      Definitely call the credit card company. And write a letter to the head honcho ASAP. (I just read an article that says that letter are still more effective than emails or phone calls.)

      We had a similar thing happen- Omar father of seven in four different states (how doI find out this information? Must be the Social Work background) onloaded our stuff but it didn't all fit, so he did more runs and then came back and loaded the rest of our stuff. Then he got sent to someplace else so he offloaded our stuff at the warehouse and someother guy repacked all of our stuff to bring to Texas. (and since we haven't unpacked yet, we have no idea what shape our stuff is in- and now have no recourse because it's only been 30 days.)

      Moving sucks.
