Hi- Just wanted to let you all know that I soon may be a true military spouse- my husband got a conditional acceptance to USUHS and he's really excited about it all! If all goes well, we'll probably be going there next year! So, those who have lived in the DC area- I'll probably be driving you nuts with questions about where to live, etc.

Thanks to everyone for all the information on the military lifestyle! We feel pretty well informed now!

    Hey There-

Excellent news! and hopefully we'll be heading back! My husband has applied for the peds neurology fellowship at Walter Reed.

The DC area is expensive but... if you've lived in any other large city you shouldn't have too much of a shock.

Email me when you're ready and let me know what your needs are and I'll sendyou in the right direction- having lived in DC, MD and VA. Rick can also tell me where most of the married with kids students lived.

    Again, congrats!

    Jenn
