Just a heads up if anyone is thinking of going to Walt Disney World. There is a promotion right now (can't remember when it ends, but I think in September maybe?) for a 4 day park ticket to be used at 4 WDW parks for $99 each one. Every sponsor can get up to 6 of these tickets. I think it's supposed to be just for the sponsor's dependents tho.
You can also stay on property at the Shades of Green resort. It's right across from the Polynesian Resort, about 15 minute walk to the monorail to get to Magic Kingdom... Rates there are around 120 a night.
There's my plug for military discounts when you travel!!!
By the way, when we were at an airport in Seattle January, I was digging through my wallet looking for my credit card to buy some snacks for the flight, and the girl saw my military ID and said, "Military? OK-- you get a 20% discount". Allright! I'll take it! That was at a Hudson News deal in the SeaTac airport. My point is, if you are traveling, ask if they offer a military discount everywhere. You may be surprised.
