  • My Mom Did It!

A few months ago I posted that my mom was trying to start a website to help military familes through the Wounded Warrior program. She's had a hard time getting things up and running without any funding but she's finally gotten it going and I couldn't be prouder! It's a community much like this one for Military families and especially for those who have a Wounded Warrior in their families.

The website is above if you want to check it out. If you know anyone who might be interested, membership is free and she'd love it to grow. She really has a heart to help people.
Married to a Urology Attending! (that is an understated exclamation point)
Mama to C (Jan 2012), D (Nov 2013), and R (April 2016). Consulting and homeschooling are my day jobs.

Awesome. I'll pass the info along to the military people I know.

That is cool. My SIL is participating in this seven mile obstacle course designed for the British Special Forces this weekend, and his charity is The Wounded Warrior Project. My other SIL is currently in Afghanistan.
