  • New here --looking for other rads spouses

Hi all-- Im new here and still getting oriented. Just wanted to see if there was anyone else whose husband was in a rads residency. We are AF. DH is finishing his second year. I just saw a post on a previous thread about the military deploying all of its radiologists and Im in a panic. DH said he knows he will, at some point, have to go. Im wondering where an AF radiologist would deploy to? Is the AF on the ground in Iraq? Dumb question, I know. If DH ever came home from call, I would ask him....

Hello, Texas Kate! I am from Texas and my husband is an AF radiologist in residency! We are currently in Boston for his civilian residency - although it is AF sponsored so he is considered "active duty". We have two more years of residency left!!

Feel free to private message me and I will give you my email. Actually, my husband would be thrilled to get into contact with your husband since he's trying to gather all of the Air Force radiologists (and residents) into a network.

    It's nice to meet you!
