  • Cross your fingers...

My beloved husband is really excited about peds neuro and is considering applying for the fellowship. The fellowship that is at Walter Reed, yes the Walter Reed in DC, yes, the DC where everyone one of my friends and most of my family live.

So, if he applies and if he's accepted and if we can go next year...I will be one happy girl.

Just keep us in your thoughts! (and am I really the only Army spouse here? Everyone else is Air Force that has checked in recently! Where are all of the Navy spouses?!)

      Jenn -

I will be thinking MAJOR thoughts & prayers for you! That would be incredible, amazing, fantastic and just all out wonderful! When will you apply, find out, etc?

We're applying for a deferment from the Air Force to do a fellowship - my husband thinks the chances are 50-50. Apparently, they only let one person do this each year. But I'm in your boat. If he *does* get a deferment, all of the programs that he wants to apply to are within 2 hours of "home" so I would be **thrilled**
