Adele slept from 9:30pm-3:00am last night. Everything I've read says they shouldn't sleep more then 4 hours at this age but who am I to argue with her? Right now she and daddy are napping on the couch.

She is doing very well, she'll be 4 weeks old on Thursday and I'm super excited that both of my sisters will be here to meet her this weekend. My little sister gets in on Thursday evening and my older sister will get here Friday evening. Mom and dad, the IL's and BIL will be coming in too and my side of the family will all be leaving on Sunday. FIL & BIL will stay until Monday and MIL will stay until Thursday. So three full days with just MIL, we'll see how that goes. I'm not sure what she's going to do while she's here. Sit around and watch me breast feed? That seems to be all I do during the day so I'm not sure how that is going to go but we'll see. DH is going to continue his study outside of the house until noon and then come home for lunch and study from here routine so at least he'll be around in the afternoons.

I'm amazed at how people change when little ones are brought into the picture. It should be an interesting weekend to say the least, hopefully I don't kill anyone.

Things with Adele are going great, her cloth diapers are going well - that should be interesting with MIL. She doesn't seem to understand why we're doing them and doesn't seem to understand how they work. My comment to DH was why does she care? Anyway, its going well, they wash well and are extremely easy to use. The breastfeeding is also going well. She seems to be gaining weight, eating pretty regularly and is a pretty happy baby. We've been getting out of the house a few days a week, even if its just to the store its been nice to get out.

We're getting more snow today, after a frigidly cold weekend we probably have about 2 inches right now and they're saying we could get up to 6 inches. So we're doing well and I'm still reading along, just not posting much because typing one handed is hard.
