Never ever ever...

...access someone's medical record without WRITTEN permission - you never know when its going to come back to bite you. And spiteful people should REALLY think about the consequences of their actions before they try to take out petty revenge on someone who wronged them.

I wish I could say more, I think this is a major travesty but it is what it is. So sad

  As much as that sucks, anyone in health care knows it's a big, huge, crazy no-no. Like, lose your job, possible be fined $30,000 for a HIPAA violation, never work in health care again no-no. It really does suck, though.
