    AND... drum roll please. This is one of my favorite sewing projects I've done. DH took DS hiking this week for special dad son time. So I decided to make DD a mermaid outfit that was inspired by Heather Bailey's Halloween costume for her daughter. DD is a nut for water so it's VERY fitting for her! It's put together with velco in the back under the green bustle. I swear my inner girl just can all out and went nuts. And DD when nuts at JoAnn's looking at all that sparkle fabric. Total mother daughter fun

        What else have I been up to? I enrolled at the local community college and will be taking two classes this fall. The first classes I've taken since I dropped out when I got pg with DS. So I am VERY VERY excited! I'm taking World Religion and General Psychology - both are required for my degree. This fall is going to be very busy, bring it on!
