    I hated my workout today. Thought I was going to puke. I think I'm getting sick bc I did the same thing as always. Boo.

    32 min treadmill (ran 2.8 mi, warm up and cool down .5 mi)
    25 min weights

    Total 57 min...

    I think I'll skip the weight stuff thanks very much!!! I'm still struggling to figure out my "goal". A while ago I set a goal weight and I'm almost there but I think I still look fat. I think I'll need surgery to take care of my tummy. Ugh.

    Treadmill 37 min. Ran 2.25 mi at 7 mph then taper down to 6 for 1.05 mi. Plus .5 mi warm up/ cool down.

    Weight lifted 50 min

    Total to date 144 min

        Running on treadmill... 35 min. 2.75 mi at 7 mph, .25 mi taper down to 6 mph, plus .5 mi of warm up cool down.

        Weight lifting 55 min

        Total 90 min

        To date: 4h 59 min.

              40 min treadmill 40 min weights. Ran 3.05 mi at 7.0, 0.5 cool down jog from 6.5-6.0, .5 warm up/cool down walking.

                Monday morning workout... I feel really guilty bc we are out of everything (even toilet paper) and I should've gone to Costco, but I went to the gym.

                1 hr 30 min, 40 min treadmill including 3.30 mi at 7, .7 mi from 6.8-6.5-6.3, and .5 mi walking warm up/cool down.

                50 min weights...

                TOTAL 10 h 34 min

                    Treadmill 42 min, weights 18, 1 hour total.

                    I did 3.5 mi at 7 mph, .2 mi at 7.5, .3 cool down from 6.8 to 6, and .5 warm up/cool down walk.

                      1 hour total body conditioning class. Ouch. Lunge much? I'd never done a plank before. And the pushups! Good lord!

                          It sucked!!! Of course I always will give a class 2-3 tries before I give up. But my workout friend was already saying she's just going to run on the treadmill next week lol!

                              16:05 total

                              Today I did about 35 min of treadmill (I felt like I couldn't breathe so I only ran 2.25 mi at 7 then ramped down to 6 for another .5 mi...). I hate it when I try a new treadmill and it just stops randomly. I don't get it.

                              I also lifted weights for about 50 min.
