    Dh and I had a gym date. I ran treadmill for about 35 min and lifted weights for the rest of the time. Total workout today 1.5 hours.

        I'm going to get him to take a Saturday spin class with me when he isn't on call and when we don't have other kid stuff going on. Good times.

                1 hour today- dh and I went in at 6:30 am. That was the earliest morning workout I've had in ages...

                    25:35 total

                    Today 1:30- 1 hour spin class (so hard-- 1 hour is MUCH harder than 45 min which is the normal spin class) and 30 min of weights. I only did my arms for weights but I was so tired from spinning my arms were like noodles. Lol.
