      Finally to the point where I can easily workout for 2 hrs without getting bored. I go between watching Downtown Abbey and listening to music.

                I think I might limit exercise to every other day for only an hour for the time being. It makes me sooo hungry. I'm also eating soups like miso and doing my favorite banana spinach smoothies.

                    It's the best just had one: table spoon of peanut butter, tble sp of unsweetened cocoa baking powder, I c almond milk ( trader joe brand is only 40 cal.!) I banana, as much spinach as you want, a little water. Tastes soooo yummy!
