At 6 months, dd sleeps swaddled. None of us were getting any sleep when dd slept unswaddled, and I gave it a good week of one arm out, two arms out, leg out, etc. etc.

I asked our pediatrician, and she said that it won't harm dd to sleep swaddled, so we're still doing it... I googled "how to swaddle 6 month old" and found a clip on youtube where the mom does this:

Dd doesn't roll over anymore when swaddled snugly. Instead of the Miracle Blanket that the mom uses in the video, I use an Aden and Anais swaddle blanket to pin dd's arms down, and then use one of the bigger Kidapottamus swaddlers.

We "weaned" DD#1 by starting to swaddle her with her arms out.
