Gahhhh! This is going to be a long night. Dd is sick, and she wakes up when her nose is plugged up. We've been going in every hour or so to hold her upright to unclog her nose. She's sort of half awake, and says the sweetest things to us--that makes it a little worth it. . She told me I'm beautiful, and earlier she told me that she likes the new car. Huh? . When dh went in when she was upset a little while ago, she told him "papa carry the baby."

Of course we're feeling extra sorry for her, because on top of being sick, dh accidentally zipped her inner thigh in the zipper of her pjs as we were dressing her for bedtime.

Poor baby and parents! You guys must be exhausted! I wish I was close enough to come hold her upright so you could catch up on sleep today!

          I'm sorry Alison!

Bean and I hung out at 2am, because he is Snots McGee right now and couldn't stop coughing.
Not sure if it's allergies or a cold, but I will be investing in a NoseFrieda today.
...of course, this means we are still nursing at the night feeding time.

Thanks, ladies. She was up every hour till only midnight, and has slept through with one instance of crying around 6. I didn't have to go in to hold her. It's 8:30, and she's still asleep. Yay!!!

I hope she's on the mend alison. When they're sick and can't breathe is the worst IMO.
