Seriously, the poly vi sol was just beyond awful. Maybe I could have snuck it in a bottle, but I wasn't willing to risk the breast milk!Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.

I remember the tri vi sol being yucky too. D vi sol (only vitamin D) is okay, but I used the Carlson D Drops when DD was a baby and nursing. Super easy and gave me peace of mind that she got the vitamin D she needed even if we weren't able to get in the sun.Wife to a urologist; Mom to 2 wonderful kiddos
