E had been watching every bite we ate for a bit now, so with hubby home today we tried some whole grain rice cereal mixed with breastmilk. She loved it! The pedi said to start with a teaspoon (I did a tsp of cereal with maybe 1.5 of milk), but she totally would have taken more.

Aww! I know that look. Next she will kick up a fuss wanting to eat when you do. So cute!

E just ate a whole 2.5oz container of sweet potatoes. Is that bad? I figured eventually she'd act full and I'd save the rest for later, but she never did. This was after nursing.

Not bad at all, she will stop when she's full. One of our kiddos would eat three jars at each meal by the time he was 6 months, lol.

            She is so adorable!!!!

She just nursed and took a 3oz bottle, so I guess she really was hungry!

She hasn't pooped since her first rice cereal two days ago, so that's what I'm most worried about at this point. I'm sure it will be epic!

At 6 months, E is 12lbs and 23.5" long - we're back on the growth chart, even if it is only the 1st percentile!

Haha - I just looked at her chart online. Failure to Thrive has been resolved, and she's now been diagnosed with Short Stature.
