I love Mini Boden...I'm on my third use with DS3 and they have held up really well. They are online and limited selection at Nordstrom

Yeah, but T&S was talking about quality being hit or miss even within recognized brands. That made me feel like I'd have to go in person...I'll totally check out the site though. Some of our best secondhand stuff is Circo!

Hm, we have gotten the catalog from time to time but didn't really look at the boys' stuff!

Yeah, honestly I've been pretty impressed by the price/quality of Circo which is the Target brand I think.

I'm lazy. I usually just get K's clothes at Kohls (near the ballet studio) or Target (5 min from home).

I don't think Children's Place is related to anyone, in fact I'm pretty sure they now own the Disney store - or they did when I was still in retail 5 years ago.

I'm pretty sure Janie & Jack, Gymboree and Crazy 8 are all the same company.

That must have been what I was thinking of!

I found that Gap and Gymboree hold up the best. I generally only shop sales racks and will buy a size or two larger if there's a good deal.

They have a Janie and Jack outlet here, generally the same stuff as the stores. I was so excited until I realized it was still well out of my price range.

There was one in SC on vacation - same emotions. Sad face.

BTW, I was at Target yesterday. It's Cherokee, not Osh Kosh that I've been buying there.

Prices at Boden online have been reduced by 25% or more through 12/13. Plus, if it’s the first time you’ve bought from Boden, get free shipping, too
