    Oh my goodness! He's asleep! It isn't even 10:30! Woo! Gymnastics and a quick bath? If only I could find gym classes for every day. Haha!

      Yeah, by verbal I meant that I looked at the book first when I had an infant with sleep problems, but it wasn't quite appropriate (I did get some good long-term ideas). K's age is perfect IMO, even if his language isn't terrific, to talk about things like "Do you ever feel feelings that bubble up inside you?" and do nicely visual demonstrations about how things like mama hugs and calm music can absorb those bubbly feelings.

        Adding in swim lessons might help too!! Sending sleep vibes your way(well, Ds way, us parents rarely need those vibes, lol).

          His swim lessons start in July. But my sister's pool is free so we can use it when we want. 😀
