Funny thing is, I'm friends with the Director of Customer Experience ......... HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. (SueC's new hubby for the old-time members). I spoke to him, and I also spoke to him before I paid the $$ to break my contract and go to Verizon b/c I was so fed up w/their "policies". If the Director of Customer Experience doesn't have the authority to change "policy", then I'm not surprised that Sprint is in the tank.
