I ran out of the Elderberry stuff and now I'm sick. You decide. :huh:

That is what I had most of the week Alison. I don't have a fever but I am exhausted, freezing, and have a headache and sore throat. Blech. I spent most of the weekend at the school volunteering (in the cold, that probably didn't help) and now I am starting the week behind. Grr.

This is exactly how I feel! If this is the worst pseudo cold that I get this year, I will be happy!!!

They sell elderberry concentrate at Ikea. If you mix it with Perrier, it's really good!
