    Its the Washington Grove station--

Turns out this area around the neighborhood is part of the Master Plan of the county for some mixed use stuff- they're expanding the Shady Grove area (the metro stop) and moving the industrial crap from around the station to other parts of the area- they may be putting some of the industrial crap nearer to where this house is. So... Since we don't know the final plan from the county (the final final plan comes out in October I think) we're definitely not making a move on a house. We could end up in technically a nice, quiet neighborhood that will in 4 years have massive apartment complexes around us along with a view of the county salt trucks and salt supplies, etc. Just too many unknowns.

Gorgeous house, though. And it's good to see these houses because I get to refine more of what I like as far as style of house, etc. Not that I didn't know what I like, but you know...
