    If you can get it to dry out completely, it will probably be okay. You may need to remove whatever is on it now and reseal/paint it.

      Just take a towel and dry it off. Give it a couple days to dry before painting. A little rain isn't that big of a deal if you're going to strip and refinish it.

          I am actually in Albuquerque... And I currently cannot see the Mountains because of big, black, thunder clouds... My husband's at work and there is no way I can move it myself. I will just have to hope it will be okay after I strip and refinish it. And to think I didn't even want the #$*^ thing!

            Seriously, it could rain for a week on it and it will be fine. Just let it dry out before you refinish it. That's it.
