Alison - try half caf coffee. It allows me to drink as much as I want without heart palpitations!

I read this last while sitting in my office. I went into the office to go over lab results because we are leaving for a week, and I busted out laughing. Our Receptionist asked me what was so funny and I looked up and said "sometimes these labs just look funny"!!

Just thought I'd give you all an update. I ended up velcro-ing jasmine to the wall.

I nailed strips of garden Velcro to the wall and looped them loosely around the stems.

Velcro is the way to go, people!
