Bed Bath Beyond, Williams Sonoma, Sur la Table and I think you might be able to do it mail-in as well. Honestly, I wouldn't know, I've had mine for months and I haven't had to switch out the cartridge yet.

      Check this out

You can either exchange them online/ship back the old container, or look up retailers that do the exchange.

We are so getting one of these when we move!

All the stores I listed that sell the soda stream also do cartridge exchange. They told me to just bring in the empty and get a full one for $15.

I bought one today. And then saw all the flavors have Splenda. Even non-diet. I think it will likely go back. DH won't drink Splenda and the whole point was to save on Dr Pepper and Diet Coke.

There are other places that sell the mixes, Williams Sonoma has it's own brand for example. Might be worth looking around a bit.

I just called Dr Pepper in Dublin, TX. I can buy Dr Pepper syrup from them. And since they are only 2 hours from Dallas, we're going to make it a field trip and tour the Dr Pepper factory and buy syrup for Daddy. I am one fun wife and mom sometimes.

I think we will keep the machine.

Brandi, you're supposed to always carbonate plain water, and then you can mix it with whatever you want, including juice.

This. We have the penguin and love it. You can't carbonate juices, just plain water. We'll add the carbonated water to juice or whatnot (soda syrup if it's your thing) but you'll mess it up if you put juice in the carafe to be carbonated.

There are new flavor syrups like Lemonade, Green Tea, and a few other fruity ones. Pear maybe? Anyway, I think they all sound SO good, but so far I have only found them online. Actually, I think I'll order a few right now.

We just bought the cranberry mix and there's a pear-blackberry one that's really good.
