I didn't tip a couple months ago when I had furniture delivered but I will tell you why. It was a heavy all mirror vanity with stool and my bedroom is upstairs so normally I would have tipped but it was missing the screw kit and they couldn't assemble it. I had to get on the phone and they had to send the kit through fed Ex so the guys said they would come back to assemble. I thought I will tip next time but DH surprised the hell out of me and assembled it when the kit arrived... he had never owned a screw driver until like 2 months ago lol. In your case I wouldn't tip because it's not your fault they have to make another delivery, you didn't place a new order.

We have city-issued cans, too, but you can pay extra if you have extra waste during a given week. They just add it to your bill.

We have one bulk day a month. Otherwise you have to call and schedule. We just save it for the next week. LOL

I only ever tip waiters/waitresses, at the salon if they listen and do what I ask (harder to find than you'd think around here), and delivery peeps who make my life loads easier. I've never tipped anyone else.
