Guest room

I want to repaint and redo the guest room. This was the room we were going to use as a nursery but since everything I just want a change in there. I was thinking yellow and gray? Yellow walls with gray through? Pinterest at this point is all I have haha

I love yellow and gray (was my wedding colors). There are a lot of cute ideas for those colors.

I would go gray walls with yellow, white, gray bedding/accents. I, too, love the combo!

Yellow is my favorite color, but if you use it on the walls, do be careful. My yellow bathroom is kind of terrifyingly bright.

I love that combo!! Def do grey walls with yellow accents. Yellow walls can be a bit...much.

I think certain yellows are nice. I love gray. This is a little hijack (vent). My husband scheduled a painter and told me after the fact he was coming the same evening to pick up our color choices. Hello! We have a 3 week old baby. Anyway, Dh was adamant about wanting a blue dining room. We are talking painters tape blue. Yuck! I managed to talk him into the half bath. Then he wanted our bedroom the same color and I convinced him to do one way. I hate the color, tried to change the name not thinking he would notice. He did and got mad at me. I compromised for the sake of our relationship. our house would be a decorators nightmare.😊

My husband chose traffic cone orange for his bedroom in high school. Needless to say, I pick the paint colors

Most of the rooms in our townhouse were painted a light yellow - I think it was called cornmeal, actually. It seemed like a neutral color to me because of how light it was and it matched just about everything. We accented with brighter colors downstairs (bright blues, greens, etc) and with warmer colors upstairs (browns, deep reds, etc) and it all went together well.
