I really hate the paint color in that room. There's already bad lighting from old fixtures and our being two yards from the next house, so that avocado color just makes everything look drab. If we renew again I think I'm going to insist they repaint.Comment

DH and friend went and got tree yesterday. He got a douglas instead of a frasier. Didn't have the heart to say anything since they were both so proud of themselves.

This is our first Christmas in our new home so we focused on exterior decorations. Everything inside we're keeping the same.
My elves. I couldn't have done this without them.
DD8 hard at work hard to bring Christmas cheer. This was before all the turkey snow melted.
After the turkey snow melted. DH hung all the wreaths through the tops of the windows. No ladders required.
Our mantel. I like metallics and havent changed anything in a few years. I'll think more about it next year…
