    Nope-

I find that unless I make myself workout while on vacation, getting back in the groove takes some doing. I made an appt with the trainer on purpose for yesterday at 10am so I would fall into "i just got back" mode.

I'm sure some of it has been falling off due to the breastfeeding - but be sure you're being really careful about dieting. If you're not breastfeeding anymore, then go for it. Otherwise the only one I've heard as "approved" is Weight Watchers, which has a different point system for nursing moms.

Remember - what you take from your diet affects the breastmilk.

Alrighty, Friday is my typical weigh in day and I'm at 144.4. Down a whopping 2 ounces since Tuesday.

I'm back to working out twice a day 5-6 times a week, so hopefully I'll have more progress to report next Friday....

If you're working out that much, make sure you're eating enough- other wise your body is going to hang onto those calories. (it's a mind twist but seriously- try some snacks of about 100-200 calories inbetween meals- a banana with some pb, nuts and a piece of string cheese- that kind of thing)

Thanks for the advice Jenn. I've been eating too much lately. I haven't been as consistent as I'd like with my 1200 calorie limit. 4th of July BBQ's killed me.

Good news though. Today is my weigh in day & I'm at 142.0! :happyscale: Down a little more than 2 pounds from last week. I'm also seeing a big difference in the way my clothes are fitting. My jeans are really loose on the waist. I need new ones badly, but I don't want to buy them now because if all goes well they won't fit for long. Maybe by the time the back to school sales come along I can buy a cheap pair.

            Where's everyone else at?

Come to Germany. I'm losing weight like crazy, because I walk and climb stairs all day. Or, I'm in a library, and you can't have food there! My pants are loose and I'm down a notch on my belt.
