    Now I'm wondering if I did enough. I think my arms should be a little more sore, considering I haven't lifted weights at all in 4 years... But hey, there's always next time to "hit my max..."

    That treadmill thing was an experiment-- I usually stick to elliptical, but I thought I should run... I would like to work up to running a mile! We shall see....

      Wow--- after being sick for 1 week after my initial gym day ( ), I went in 2 nights ago. And I was feeling pretty good-- I decided to "push a little harder" with the weights since I wasn't too sore last time ( ) and my arms!!! Oh... they are killing me. I am totally miserable.

      I did those extensions-- I think they call it a military press or something. I didn't max out or anything, but apparently I haven't used my triceps in a very very long time. Ouch.
