Well, I seem to be stuck at -5 lbs. Blah! I've been getting up and exercising almost every day and trying to stay in my points. I'm not too upset. I wish the scale would move, but I know with the amount of predinsone I'm still on that it will be slow going. My clothes are looser and for the most part I feel better so I'm not too disheartened. I just had my heart set on losing 30ish lbs before we start trying for # 3 in June. I'm trying to not feel like there is a clock ticking over my head...but its hard. Heck, we might not even be ready emotionally to try again in June. Blah.
The journey continues.......

I'm trying to be pleased with that number. I really am. It's not fair that my body is working against me! I get up and exercise 5 out of 7 days. And in three months, I've lost 7.5. Blah. I guess it could be worse....I could be up 7.5 instead of down 7.5. Maybe with the prednisone taper in sight I'll start having more success.....

Good point Jenn. I have been hitting the weights several times a week.
I have no idea what is going on with my body but.............
today I'm wearing jeans that are a size smaller!!!! They are a little snug in the waistline but they actually look decent enough for me to go out in public in them!!!

My new mantra: Stay the course. Stay the course. Stay the course!!!
So far this week I've done:
Mon - 45 minutes of cardio and weights (Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds the 3 mile walk)
Tues - 35 min of cardio (Leslie Sansone's Walk Firm the 2 mile walk)
Tomorrow will be an off day since I'm watching the neighbors kiddos from 8:30 - 11
Stay the course. Stay the course. Stay the course!!!

I had a little gain and I'm stuck at - 6 lbs. I'm still plugging away though and I'm seeing physical changes in my body. I don't care if the scale doesn't move - I just want to be happy with the way I look and be able to do the things (physically) that I want to do.
I have to lay off of the weights for a few weeks because I have a soft tissue injury in my right shoulder and my right wrist. Ouch! By the end of the day I *can* move my arm - I just don't *want* to because of the pain. My doc gave me some stretches to do so we'll see if those help.
I'm finally off of the prednisone!!!! Hooray!!! I finished last week!!

You are doing great, just hang in there!! I'm still dealing with any injury myself. I keep thinking to myself... perhaps I should have started this whole weight loss thing a few years ago when body parts didn't hurt to move! LOL!
fyi I'm back in the saddle again! After an unknown weight gain (refused to weigh in for a month and then didn't have a scale here in the UK until today). I'm basically were I was last Feb. And in all reality I'm ok with saying I'm at 35 pounds lost. Just 15 more to go!
