I did South Beach a couple of years ago and loved it. Phase one was a little difficult, but phase 2 & 3 are easy. Phase 3 is really just eating a healthy diet. I'll plan on doing it again (after 12/31). We are going to a wonderful restaurant on on New Years Eve and I plan to eat anything I want!!!!!!

I'd love to hear your low carb journey because it is definitely an area that I need to cut back on.

You could just skip phase one, it is only for two weeks I think. I didn't give up the wine!!!! Just eating pahse three I'm sure I would lose weight because it is really healthy. Has anyone tried the Mediterranean diet?Luanne
