      Thanks you guys! Actually, I decided to weigh again this morning and I am down 14 pounds. The only real difference that I notice lately is that my undies are too big now. I will have to go buy new. Ahhhh, a small victory!

      I have been reading the book Thin For Life and have found it motivational and helpful too. I've been tweaking my diet to find something that works for me that I can live with and has less calories and will help me be successful.

      I have tried and failed many times and I hesitate to say this, but...this time I really believe that I will be successful.

      I hope I didn't just jinx myself.
