Balance Board

Santa gave the girls a balance board (more of a rocker board style) with a labyrinth on top -- the goal is to get a ball through the maze by shifting the board with your feet.

I think I need to work on my balance. Seriously, if I did this for 5 minutes a day, it will be a good part of a workout.

There's a game like this on the WiiFit. I did the aerobic boxing thing yesterday...it seemed like such fun and so easy...until I woke up today! My aching biceps! It's amazing what a lot of reps can do!

Nathan got a similar game....I hadn't thought about trying it, but maybe I should (or maybe I will fall on my ass and break something if I do!) Seriously, something like that I would actually do, as opposed to "real" exercise.

The balance game like that on the Wii kills me!
