Pierce is two months now and I just started my diet. I still haven't figured out when to exercise yet between him and a two-year-old. I'm one of those women who gain a ton of weight during pregnancy, so I have alot of work ahead of me. Sigh.

I've taken a nose dive. I was doing well, and then cumulative sleep deprivation did me in. I've been using sleep deprivation and nursing as golden tickets to eat whatever lifted my mood. Blech. I have 4 weeks until the resident's graduation dinner which DH is presenting the chiefs at. I'm hoping to lose 5 pounds and tone up as much as possible. I did walk a couple of miles today. I just need to stop munching and divorce sugar. Easier said than done. The afternoons kill me.-Ladybug

I’m still plugging along. I’ve been sick as a dog, so I haven’t jogged the past two days and my diet has been dreadful (pizza and pasta, oh my). Surprisingly I’ve actually missed exercising and am looking forward to some treadmill time in the morning. Can’t say I’ve missed healthy eating, though. I think I’ll probably always have some issues with portion control (sigh).
After a short hiatus, I’ve decided to weigh myself at the end of this week. As much as I loath facing the scale I think it keeps me honest. Here’s hoping I’m rewarded with some good news.
Good luck everybody – we can do this!!!
