Oh goodness, there is no way! It'a 11:00 pm right now and I'm wide awake. But I'm jealous. I wish I could go to bed that early.

I need to start working out again. I was doing so well last month, but since it has gotten colder I have stopped running. I hate fall/winter. I love summer!! I usually play tennis a few nights a week, but since it is cooler out I stay in curled up in an electric blanket. Anything lower than 70 I am freezing.

That's exactly what I used to do (thanks for reminding me!) and I was more consistant with working out than I ever have been before. I'd put on my gym clothes and when those pessimistic thoughts started running around my head I'd just tell myself, "All you have to do is get there. You just have to get in the door, and if you want to you can walk right out again." It always worked! I'd surprise myself and stay for a whole workout. I guess setting low standards works for me I hype things up too much in my head, so having a manageable goal helped me a lot.
