I fell off the wagon so hard I have bruises. Going home and taste testing and eating and eating and no working out... Well I did the first couple of days and then... it ended. I plan to get back on the treadmill Monday. I will I will I will... Definitely gained back five or more pounds while home whoops. If I get my tuchas back on the treadmill and be good about what I eat, I am pretty sure I can get rid of it again... I just need to DO it.

I am excited because my mom bought herself a treadmill and it should arrive this coming week. Now, I won't have any excuses for not excercising at least a little.

We don't have cable but the gym does....that tends to help my motivation slightly.

Wow, congratulations on being so close! Lets just say December has not been a good month for me.

Thanks, but I really only had about 10 pounds to lose this time around.... I lost about 15 a year ago, bought new pants, and then put 5 pounds on at Christmas, and another 5 pounds on after moving, and with carrying my weight in my legs and butt it meant that I couldn't fit into my pants!

I'd potentially like to lose another 5, but last time I gained when I got to this weight because I got frustrated when my weight plateaued... so I am thinking that is maybe my body tellimg me this range is a healthy range for me.

ETA: Just weighed in today and now I am .4 pounds away.... I'm hoping being so close will help me not be SO bad this weekend!

If I was 0.4 pounds away I'd do laxatives and diuretics just to make weight! So not the healthy or right way, but I wouldn't be able to resist!

I'm excited, the treadmill arrived today and it is almost assembled. We finally had enough of the kids helping and gave up for the night.

Much to my shock I weighed in today and have met my goal weight! (It's a Christmas miracle!) Ha ha! Six weeks on maintenance and I become a "lifetime member" of WW and I don't have to pay anymore! I wouldn't mind to lose another 5, but for now I am going to focus on staying at this weight and making sure I have made permanent healthier eating habits!

Hmm...I'm hoping I not there for too long, but I am a 12...and I like your style Lily

In other news, I have shin splints And instead of resting until the pain went away completely, I listened to my darn husband and went running today, redoing all the damage.
