I need your help ladies - I am almost 13 weeks, and my acid reflux is getting worse by the day. I'm trying to change my diet before going on meds, but can't seem to find consistent info online. One website said that most fruits and veggies were ok (except onion, pepper, citrus), while another had a much shorter list of ok foods.
Currently, my list of ok foods (that dont make me noticeably ill) include:
Ramen noodles
Rice
Hummus
Pretzels
Mini-wheats
Popcorn
Peanut butter
Sushi (shrimp tempura and cucumber/avocado rolls)
Edemame
Caesar salad
Bread
Notice a pattern here??? I'm worried that I'm not going to get enough to eat or enough protien. Chicken is on the No list - the thoughts, sight, or smell of it...blech...
Any help from those who have BTDT??
